Hotel Eden Roc - Positano

Amazing views and great breakfast, but more common area seating would be nice.

Everything was very good! We wanted for nothing. Highly recommended!

The junior suite had central heating, a private safe and pay television, facilities worked for us.

Staying at this hotel was an lovely experience! The views from our two-bedroom suite were amazing. We spent time exploring the fine paths along the Amalfi Coast, soaking in the beauty. The staff provided excellent service, especially Tony at breakfast who made each morning special.

In my kids' opinion, a kids' menu would be great for family meals.

Very nice view from the balcony, wonderful breakfast buffet, the staff is extremely friendly, the food in the in-house restaurant is sensational. We felt very comfortable.

We had a major rental car breakdown and the staff and hotel owner were incredibly helpful and gracious in getting us out of a very serious situation. They are to be highly congratulated and applauded. The hotel is beautiful and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. 5 stars. Will stay again....

The rooftop pool closure at 6 PM is baffling!!! The long, hot walk to the beach can feel exhaustive after a long day. Imagine needing to cross a busy road for a noisy suite, disrupting your peaceful retreat!!!

Amazing ocean views from the balcony created a fine backdrop for our stay. The hotel's elegant decor added charm to the overall atmosphere.

The rooftop pool closing at 6 PM took away some evening relaxation time, which left us wishing for a more extended access. Navigating the steep walk down to the beach proved challenging in the heat, especially after long days exploring. The noise from the busy road could disrupt the tranquil vibe in the rooms, so if you're a light sleeper, it might bother you. Plus, the limited dining menu options at certain hours felt restrictive, leaving us to search elsewhere during those times. Lastly, the gym's odd reservation policy capped the workout experience, as we encountered unexpected guests during our time there.

The staff were very friendly, especially Simona. Location was excellent and the room was great! Antonio or Tony that made breakfast was very accomodating and his scrambled eggs were excellent. Thumbs up in all departments. I thank all the staff for the wonderful stay.

Parking was a little pricey.

Fantastic location, great view of the sea, huge terrace in front of our room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. And the best: Tonissimo, il re di colazione; he made every breakfast an experience, really great! Good cuisine, enormously large wine selection. We felt extremely well.
